Fear holds critical information. What is the danger? What do I need to do to be safe?
When fear hijacks us, we are unable to think clearly, make poor decisions and miss out on joy, connection and full presence in the moment.
In this workshop we will address the question-how does fear show up in my life?
- How much do I allow worry to drive me and leave love in the back seat?
- How can I move through my fears to a whole hearted more joyful life?
With the help of our wise horses, on the ground and perhaps on horseback we will explore moving through fear, calming the nervous system, checking in with intuition, and coming into
full presence. We will address some common fears: loss, death, aging, rejection, humiliation, pain, intimacy, loneliness. We will tap into the calm of body consciousness and partnering with the horse. Activities with the horses will help us explore our patterns of relationship, and our strengths and challenges around fear, safety, trust, and comfort. We will practice using the breath to
calm down. Utilizing writing and drawing we will acquaint ourselves with the ways of the great thief .
No riding experience required
