Who is this event for?
We are delighted to host this gathering to bring together everyone who loves or works with horses and has an interest in expanding their experience in the equine field. All are welcome—equine practitioners, equestrians, professionals, trainers, equine facilitated learning instructors, psychotherapists, horse-led personal/leadership development specialists, academics, animal/human bond researchers, any discipline or modality including (without limitation) EAGALA, PATH, Eponaquest, EAHAE, EGE—anyone with an interest in horses.
Where will it be?
Apache Springs is a stunning 130 acre historic ranch in the high desert. It is the place where Linda Kohanov expanded and developed the Eponaquest approach and trained many instructors. With fabulous facilities (a covered arena, an open arena, 3 round pens, a beautiful conference room, comfortable sleeping accommodations, a restaurant and dining room) and taking place during the beautiful Arizona fall (warm by day and cool at night), this ground-breaking event will be fertile ground for meaningful collaboration.
Here’s what you can expect:
Demonstrations, workshops and lectures from the field of Equine Facilitated Learning, as well as equine health and management presentations.
Highlights will include:
- Experience cutting-edge equine assisted learning, leadership or therapy with expert facilitators and instructors
- Discover new tools and activities to add to your own programs
- Reconnect with old friends or colleagues and make new contacts
- Be inspired by your peers and connect into a like-minded community
